Computational Linguistics
Computational Linguistics (CL)
Computational Linguistics (CL) is an interdisciplinary field that has emerged from the intersection of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Linguistics.
The Persian word "Rayanesh" translates to "Computation". Researchers in this field typically convert various texts into word frequency vectors and then perform the necessary calculations on these vectors to achieve their desired results. This is why it is referred to as "Computational" Linguistics.
